The new nfl is offense only now

you have to be the last team to score

tonight we had that chance but threw a pick or two however, I thought the exact same thing during the patriot game and caught a lot of shit for it.

clock management now you have to run it off and then score leaving nothing. Especially in the playoffs

You score when you can. Dumb****s were mad about the bomb to Reek in NE. WE HAD TWO POSSESSIONS ourselves after LA scored...

Buehler445 11-19-2018 11:39 PM

I can't believe Chiefs fans of all people are suggesting you don't take what you can get.

Nuts game tho. You could remove one of a dozen plays and the final score is flipped.

I agree. We had plenty of time to run the ball and milk the clock.

It's hard to score in the NFL even if Mahomes makes it look easy. Just score when you can answer hope your defense remembers they are professionals too.

cabletech94 11-19-2018 11:44 PM

if scandrick holds on to that int, this post never was......

Kyle DeLexus 11-19-2018 11:44 PM

I'd like to see a run or two in that situation. If you punch it in, on the first run take the points and be happy. If you don't get the TD, run the clock down to keep your opponent from having so much clock when you do put it in.

Rain Man 11-19-2018 11:54 PM

I think it's too easy to overthink these situations. You have to score. You can't waste two plays and assume you'll score on the third. Try everything you can to score. If your defense can't protect a lead, then that's too bad.

ChiTown 11-19-2018 11:55 PM

This isn’t sewing - it’s not that precise. If you can score, you score. Just have to be able to make more stops and get a ****ING INT when it’s in your hands!

This.

BS ..this is soley on Reid and mismanaging the clock again!! You run Hunt 2-3 times in that drive and spin the clock when we were on the 10 yd line!!! We we're already in field goal range down by 3! That should have been game right there! That saves Mahomes from 2 ints to make up for Andy's mistakes. Andy cost us that game last night plain and simple. He loves his new toy in Mahomes, and can't help but have him sling it around. He learned nothing from the New England game scoring to quickly and trusting our Defense!. I love Scandrick ..being a Bronco here in Idaho, but man you gotta come up with that interception bro!!

kccrow 11-20-2018 06:19 AM

Score and then learn how to play mother****ing defense.

chiefzilla1501 11-20-2018 06:42 AM

We've gotten spoiled by how good Mahomes is. Just because he scored at will doesn't mean we should expect him to dink and dunk his way to TDs.

A TD put us up by 4... it's not like it put us up by a field goal. Of course you go for the TD there.

HemiEd 11-20-2018 06:46 AM

****ing circus offense/Hermedwards

Eleazar 11-20-2018 06:48 AM

You score as soon as you can score, don't leave it to chance.*

*This strategy only works if you have a defense
