I've never used Discord but not afraid to try it after the Superbowl. I do like chat on gameday.

I have a feeling that if/when the Chiefs make the SB that the site is probably going to go down. Maybe try using Discord for a trial run next week and see how everyone likes it. Isnt there a Discord app?

If Discord isn't the answer, there are a variety of other options out there for hosted chat rooms. Unfortunately, the good ones generally have fees of around $20/month, but that might be doable if we get a handful of people to pitch in $10 per year or something.

Don't be so afraid of change guys. At least give discord a chance. You've got to be tired of not being able to post when the game thread blows the server up.

Discord is pc and phone friendly. Very easy to use.

Much less than posting in the game thread, but it has some impact.

I will try it out today, but i like an active chat. The CP chat doesn't work for me anymore because we have no computer, just mobile and tablet.

I use the gameday thread when im streaming the game so i dont know about stuff before it happens, as the stream lags 40 seconds or so behind.
