Well, kinda. I mean, they had to have liked him A LOT, because Belichick often times thinks that a 3rd string QB is a roster spot wasted. I remember a lot of times over the past 30 years when the Patriots only had 2 QBs on their roster, going back to Bledsoe/Zolak era. Brady/Cassel, Brady/Hoyer...

I wonder if we had Belichick if the stairwells could have been squeaky clean like they were under Pioli.

Is that a thing that unifies all Parcells robots? Or was it just Pioli?

Once they had a QB, the Patriots staff could concern themselves with such minutiae.
