It's their job to return the security deposit, not mine to enforce the return of it.

They are a shitty ****ing management company, **** them.

Yeah?

That's life. Not everything goes by the book.

Try being an adult and lifting up the phone before trying to escalate this into even more drama that will probably cost you more than your security deposit.

Is there Collusion or obstruction involved?

I think not.

I waited 30 days and sent an e-mail.

Now I'm looking into other options since apparently they don't abide by the law and ignore their customers.

Knowing that (and they are all notorious for this), I'd have been more persistent from the start. There's a simple rule when it comes to Accounts Payable. Pay when you absolutely have to, not a moment earlier.

My suggestion is to calm down man and follow Detoxing's advise.

Everything will be alright.

They are probably still itemizing all of the damage left from your homo-sexual bukkake parties to send you a proper bill.

'Hamas' Jenkins 04-30-2019 06:03 PM

1) Pick up a phone
2) Call them

Sassy Squatch 04-30-2019 06:04 PM

LMAO Just go there in person. Probably give you the money on the spot to get you the **** away.

I'd give them a few more days. It's annoying, but keep in mind, they have lawyers on retainer ready to go. You don't.

I'd keep trying to call.

There were quite a few Gay days with Clay. That mess will be expensive to clean up.

LMAO

Jesus, you sound like a kid right now. You really sound like a spoiled Millinial.

"Sent an email" LMAO

Pick up the phone and ****ing call them during business hours if you want an immediate response.

After multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone (with voice messages) and still no response, then maybe you're on to something.

For all you know they've sent it and it was lost in the mail, or stolen.

Take a day off. You're obviously worked up enough about it.

Said manager may be out sick.

There may be a family emergency that kept the manager away for a day.

But freaking out over not receiving an email response within 24 hrs is just so...LMAO
