Yep, his contribution to this thing we have going shouldn’t be underestimated... at every turn he has sought out and gotten the best people available

Pioli had a helluva resume and the multiple GM of the year titles, so one can forgive Clark there

As for Reid, how can anyone not love the guy? You can see his inner confidence in the calm demeanor he always carries

7th all time HC wins
Universally loved by his players
Recognized league wide as a true offensive guru

That’s good enough for me, take us to the promised land Big Red

Looking back on Reid's tenure as coach so far, I think the 2015 season was a huge turning point for him and the franchise at large. After starting the season 1-5 and rumblings were heard about how Reid might not be the answer long-term at and is simply burnt out from many years of coaching, he and the team responded in such a big way. They could have mailed in the season, but instead, all they did was win 11 straight games, including a total humiliation of Manning and the Donks on their home turf, and the first playoff win for the franchise in 21 years. I think it was after that season that Reid proved he could bring glory back to KC with the right personnel.

When the team overachieved in 2013 but ultimately suffered a heart-breaking playoff loss, the regression in 2014 was discouraging, and then the slow start to a 2015 with reasonably high expectations left Reid and the team at a crux.. since then, they had the foresight to move up and finally draft our long-awaited franchise QB, then get the 1st home playoff win since 94.

The team has nowhere to go but up. I know that losing by the skin our our teeth last year was rough, but the difference now is that the optimism surrounding the team is greater, rather than in years past where we would think, "there goes our best chance to win that we might ever see." Reid and co. will bring us the Championship we have been waiting for. When all is said and done, fans will look back at the Reid era as maybe the best times in Franchise history.

Everybody in the league would love to see Andy get a ring.
