Thought he was gonna be a breakout star after seeing him up close and personal at training camp.
Thought i was going to be proven right after the Raiders game in week 2. And then he pretty much vanished the rest of the season. He’s really physically gifted. Something’s just missing there that I don’t think he’s ever gonna find. Absolutely time to let him walk and shoot our shot with another young receiver. |
Pringle should get a few more opportunities

Breshad Perriman (Tampa UFA) is the guy I'd take a peek at, especially if Sammy doesn't come back. I think he could flourish in this O. He had a nice little coming out party last season (finally).

The post-Mahomes dropoff for every player that leaves will be fascinating to watch.

Will Marcus Kemp be back next year? Felt like he was ascending and had a shot at a roster spot.

I like Perriman but I agree. We overpaid for Sammy and now we're gonna use the draft to get receivers because any free agent is also going to want to be overpaid.

Robby Anderson would be a better target. |
He had a beautiful TD catch against Oakland and against Baltimore, but he also has a case of the dropsies and alligator arms across the middle. Comparison to Albert Wilson is pretty accurate. If he goes FA to Philly, shouldn't be that tough to find a young guy to replace him. Who wouldn't want to play with PMII right now?
I'd also give more reps to Pringle. He's a pretty good target. |
I also wonder how much Godwin helped Perriman get open.

He might literally be saying "hi" here in a few months. |
Fortson can fill in for DRobb and be a bigger target in the Red Zone.

Shouldn’t be too hard to replace him if he leaves. I would imagine that a lot of WR’s will want to play here with this offense.
