Hell no. He’s a mediocre running back. Would like this even less than the McCoy signing.

I think we could probably get him for a modest pick tbh because I think the Jags are gonna try to tank for Lawrence...so probably a 4th rounder for next years draft could do it? Who knows...but a 25 year old talent like this doesn't fall into your lap very often. He'd cost us 4m for this season and then we'd have that fifth year option too. IF he's sensational in those two years then we tag him for another. Three years of Fournette without having to pay major bucks sounds tempting to me as I think he would cause absolute mayhem facing those empty boxes.

His comp is basically a more naturally gifted Knile Davis. I'm sure Reid could get great production out of him, but he's injury prone and possibly a bit of a malcontent.

I'd pass on trading for him and even if he was on the open market, another team would surely offer him a lot more than I'd be willing to pay.

We have the offensive play makers, We could use a play making coverage LB and CB. We need cheap offensive players, like the interior line.

Bugger has a weird fascination with trading/spending on dumbass RBs with giant attitude problems whose best days are behind them.

Last year of a rookie contract and 5th year option before he'll want to get paid. Spend the pick on a guy you get the full 4 years of control.

D Williams is a very talented back when he's healthy. But the man has 1200 yards in his career. Let's not pretend it's nonsense to talk about bolstering our RB situation.
