Good luck in the real world. What a joke...

What's wrong with their demands? /cp dumb****s
|
Maybe this will end college athletics. I'd be on board for that.
|
Pac 12 kids think they have leverage? That league could fold tonight and no one would care
|
They're going to piss around here and cause the doors to be slammed shut on a multitude of kids trying to get out of the poverty cycle. They are going to ruin a bunch of lives.
The athletics situation right now is not perfect, on either side, but it is the best we have. |
Pull their athletic scholarships and force them to pay regular tuition and re-apply to get into their school without the benefit of an “exploitative” athletic scholarship... good luck.

This is ****ing awesome. After all the bullshit where the liberal school leadership gave into the student body, and the OAN thing, who could have seen THIS coming. LMAO
I'm not sure this is a good year to pull this BS, perhaps it's a great year, but it's fun to watch... |
I can understand wanting safety precautions in place and for the school to be responsible for all medical costs associated with those precautions...but this list of demands is beyond crazy.

The main thing that I have a problem with with NCAA sports is being prevented to make money off of your talent and fame that you earned yourself. If a company wanted to endorse a college athlete and use them in a commercial or something like that, there's no valid reason why that player should be banned from accepting it. The overwhelming majority of these athletes only have 4 years that their talent is worth anything.
|
Black athletes are disproportionately given a free top of the line education...and...this is...bad for black athletes?
|
well bye
Only reason I watch the pac 12 is because its on late af on saturday nights since it's on west coast time. Don't really give a donkey about them. SEC owns that space |
