Would be no 2pac without Shock G

Yep...he could have just ignored a random, troubled kid from out of town but no...he gave Pac a small dancing role on their tour, then allowed him to rap on their songs and a legend was born. Pac took off almost overnight and then got acting roles whilst recording his first album which Shock helped him with too. Really talented, and unique guy who is gone way too soon. Rip Shock G.

Don't be like a rapper.

They're dropping like flies.

Not saying that is why he died but it was the first thing I thought of

I would never doubt that an entertainer had a drug problem.. but I wouldn't assume so given your scenario.

1) I'd imagine he's not from Lawrence so he was probably out of town and didn't know where to find any.
2) Coke and other drugs are pretty common for people in the restaurant biz. You're already working late hours, drinking and shit, no random drug tests, etc.

I worked at a corporate restaurant chain by Disney back when I was in college and the number of customers who asked me for weed was insane.

Anyone remember his part in the movie Nothing But Trouble? Classic!

Only person I’ve known who once got busy in a Burger King bathroom.

I was a waiter and now work in the music (for film but still) industry so yeah I get that. But then again since I posted that his friends have come out and said he had a longtime drug problem. Anyway not to distract from the incredible influence Shock had. What a talent.

Sex Packets is gold from beginning to end.

If you're in your fifties and doing coke, it's not a matter of if, but when.

May you put all the satin on all the panties for eternity

All of this. LOVED that record.
