That’s a tough one. Sorry to hear about your troubles. It does get better as others have said.
Focus on what’s next not what was. Give yourself a week to sulk at most and then don’t look back again. Life is short.

Ghost her completely. Block her on everything. Phone social media etc.

This is the only way to get rid of that rotten feeling you have in your stomach right now. You have to eliminate the source of the pain and administer some self care (gym, self improvement, etc.)
