Is the 100 mile travel restriction even a consideration in Hawaii?

You can reach the entire Big Island, and maybe get over to Maui.

If the one in Chicago didn't win last round, it's kind of sad for the city to be completely out of the question after two rounds.... of course, it wasn't ever making it past Hawaii, southern California, etc.
