This is some bullshit. If the Titans win we on Sunday we could've rested starters.

I like to give each team my full, undivided attention when they play.

Yes, the extra day of rest will come in handy if they don't get the 1 seed.

Denver has nothing to play for.

If the Colts win, and the Chiefs wind up the 2 seed, we would get the winner of the Chargers/Faiders game---- playing Vegas a third time would be the best option.

Yep. We're big Raiders/Texans fans next Sunday.

IowaHawkeyeChief 01-02-2022 10:59 PM

This means we most likely will be playing next Sat in the wildcard round

Can't someone else get the 2 seed if we lose?

Don’t think that’s going to happen. We screwed up today. Getting the Chargers a 3rd time is the worst matchup in the whole AFC for us.

We are not resting starters....need the #2 seed to get 2 home games.

Andy only rests starters when there is nothing to play for.

Not sure but who cares? If the Titans win the bye is lost. We get a single home game and I don't care who it is. Wouldn't risk starters.

They were never going to play the Chiefs after the Titans game for exactly this reason. It was either going to be before or during.

Not necessarily...Chargers/Faiders are likely playing for the last playoff spot on Sunday Night....but we would still get a normal weeks rest whereas our opponent would be on a shorter week...nothing wrong with that.

Yes, the Bengals. The Titans have to try regardless of the Chiefs’ outcome.

Except that was the schedule before they just now changed it.

Who gives a shit... I don't think our team is scared to play anyone, and neither should we. Let's take their hearts and feast...

Well, heck. Now I'm going to have to move an appointment. That's exactly the wrong timing.
