It makes it tough to take that shot when the judge didn't dismiss the case. Clearly, he feels there's enough evidence there that "could" lead to him being guilty. He has two allegations against him. If he's found innocent, talk to him and maybe give him a shot. I don't think any team is touching him though.

I haven't looked into the details at all. Teams will be doing hard due diligence on him though.

Not a guy that's injured or in trouble, but maybe undervalued in the long run... WR Kyle Phillips?

Something about this guy gives me stalwart NFL WR vibes. He might never be Kooper Cupp, but my instincts tell me he's going to be a solid long-time performer. Would love to see him as the second WR we take in the draft!

How is it possible that I've never heard of this top 10 pick that's dropping out of the draft completely?... Whoa!

What?! :D

The dude was probably the best player on that entire defense full of studs and easily their best defensive lineman. Had 5 sacks in 7 games before being suspended due to the rape charges. He's like a clone of Leonard Floyd.

Would have possibly pushed another good ER down a bit further towards KC. Maybe a 3-4 team takes a late flier but I still think he ends up a UDFA that someone will sign if he's cleared.

I would easily use one of our 7th rounders on him to lock him up. If he is cleared EVERY team will be after him. Cant think of a better use of a 7!

He's quick and powerful with his hands. Generates consistent penetration. Relentless in pursuit. And he's a pretty good football player too.

Wow…. Adam Anderson had a 39 vertical, 133” broad and 4.5 40 at that size. Please spend a 7th on this guy.

It won't happen. The PR due to the move, regardless of whether or not it's a 7th-round pick, just isn't worth it to a team. If he is convicted, it's 10-99 years. No team is going to tie themselves to that no matter what.

Id do it for sure! If hes not guilty you got the steal of the draft!!

If he is guilty, you lose a 7 and maybe a week of "why did they draft him"

A grand jury on Tuesday indicted former Georgia linebacker Adam Anderson and charged with him raping a 21-year-old woman in a house in Athens, Georgia, on Oct. 29.

Quote:

"Adam respectfully reminds the public and his supporters that he was not permitted by law to participate in the grand jury proceeding, which is totally under the control of the prosecution," Anderson's attorney, Steve Sadow, said in a statement to ESPN. "This means his defense was not presented or argued to the grand jurors. Adam will plead not guilty to the charge and continue his fight in court to clear his name and reputation. Adam once again appeals to the good citizens of Athens-Clarke County to keep an open mind and not prejudge his case."
