I think he will. He is going have to prove his worth and if he is banking on himself then it's in his best interest to show up to camp on time and participate 100% and push himself above what he would do if he got paid the money.
He really ****ed up getting that agent and that agent ****ed up by not getting a deal done because other players probably won't want him as an agent, I wouldn't think? $30,000,000 guaranteed just for signing a piece of paper. |
I think the Chiefs and Orlando Brown both made the right decision.

At this point, I DO NOT GIVE A RATS ASS! For HIS benefit, and wanting a boat load of gold coins, it is in HIS best interest to ball out this season so he can be considered by the league as worthy of said gold coin desires.
Draft 2023, DE and LT replacement. Keep as MANY draft picks as possible to move through the draft to draft desired players. MIC DROP! Let's RIDE! LMAO |
He can’t afford to have another slow start to the season or having a potential injury which is common for players that sit out of training camp.
Would prefer none of our starters play til the regular season
To answer the OP? NO he will not show up. He has shown his stripes and has become a selfish $$$$ hungry player. Best of luck to him finding a foolish team to over pay for his services. Call me when he becomes a top 3 OT! LMAO

I won't say he will become a top 3 OT but I think he will show up on time maybe a day or two late but he will get in there and practice hard so he can earn the same amount next year he would be offered by another team or less. Of course winning the Super Bowl his price will go up, so he does have that going for him playing in KC. Maybe he isn't that dumb? Top 5 or not, winning the Super Bowl and being LT price very well could go up. We can win SB with but we can also find someone else in the next offseason to win more but much easier keeping the band together. Especially this offensive line. He needs work on fundamentals of pass blocking and if he can improve that then everything can fall into place. To me it's all about his motivation to earn that coin and respect of the league how good he thinks he is. |
Initiative doesn’t seem to be Orlando’s strong suit.
Isn’t “holding in” the new trend where players show up but fake injuries to avoid practicing?
$16,000,000 plus or sit at home after only getting paid about $7,000,000 the last four years... Or don't get paid...
Must be nice...
Much be nice to turn down that kind of money...
Man Veach is a shrewd negotiator... awesome.
As for Zeus, IDK. Clearly he will sign the tag at some point but if a deal is never reached then anything is possible. Unlike WR LT are very hard to find. |
