Something is hanging up the initial submission. It's not a random aberration.

Click submit once, and you'll sit on 'waiting for Chiefsplanet' in the lower left for an eternity. Click submit twice, and you'll get the double post page.

Doesn't seem to affect edits, just initial submissions.

I have also gotten the "You must wait 20 seconds before posting again" message after clicking post a single time -with my just-posted draft showing. Just now. Sunday 31st 1:35 pm CST

Just had a case of the wonkies

I restarted mysql (which was the cause this time). We'll see if that helps anything.
