Oh man, I feel for you. I had some 6 years ago and had to hit the ER to have them removed. They were not going to pass on their own. I was on a business trip in Baltimore and ended up in some 3rd world country shit hole hospital. I woke up and had blood rolling out my Johnson. The hack doctor had botched the operation.
I flew home and had to go to the local hospital and have them go in for round two. This doc got them, but I woke up and had about two inches of plastic tubing hanging out of my Johnson. Turns out it had to be there to help the flow or something, until things healed, can't remember exactly. I went in about a week later for a follow up and was informed I had to pull it out myself at home. I asked the doc if I should pull it out slowly, or give it a crank, like I'm starting a lawn mower. He said do it slow. I got home, took some Advil, waited an hour and went to work on it. 24 inches later, it was out. Not a great experience to say the least. |

When they pulled my stint I started crying. Needed a towel so I could keep crying into it. I think I’ve cried about 3-4x in life and that was one |
You have my sympathy sir. Drink lots of water and cut out the soft drinks!

When she went in to get stint removed the nurses were late because they were doing the same for another patient before her. Wife said the guy was screaming and sounded like someone was being violently murdered. When nurse came in she apologized for the delay but they had to pull in the entire staff to help subdue the guy while his was being removed. He had apparently been molested as a child and was having extreme PTSD from having the stint removed. |

If you’re a candidate, use lithotripsy. You get sedation, 4000 shocks and (most importantly) no stent.
Efficacy is about 85%. Unless your stone burden is high you need percutaneous neph procedure. But unless you need that and your not in danger of going septic, it’s lithotripsy all the way. |

So, why do people get kidney stones? I've never had one myself. Is it drinking too much pop or energy drinks or something like that?
|
Sometimes it hereditary. Sometimes infection. Sometimes it’s too much green leafy type foods. The introduction of high fructose corn syrup into everything is another cause. But folks simply don’t hydrate enough. Especially since the pandemic. Water fountains were closed and going everywhere in a mask didn’t exactly make it easy to get enough water through the day.
Stone analysis is usually done on the fragments to determine type. After that, consultation with your physician can give insight into your diet and what to avoid. |
Sooo....drink lots of water to avid kidney stones. Got it.

Nut isn’t a woman, so bawan’s tale is probably closest to what the poor bastard is experiencing. The object of the game, is to get the stone out of the channel of our our friends cock. However, sometimes said stones are covered with barbs, that don’t exactly pass out as smoothly as one would wish. Here is where the pain becomes excruciatingly worse.
