And before you laugh at me, two of our safeties were scored by offensive players (TE Ed Beckman and WR Mikhael Ricks), presumably on special teams plays.

I was at both games that DT got his(Steve Young and Jeff George) so I remember those, but I don’t know about the other ones. I’d guess Albert Lewis via some blocked punts and maybe Willie Lanier.

Albert and Willie have one each. But they're not our mysterious third double-safety fellow.
