Why do we have a roster spot for a snapper? Because teams finally figured it out that fsulty snaps coast them games. Do we need a holder roster spot now?

We have a roster spot to give up, fullback, that’s useless. Teams are on to him in short yardage now.

How many points were left on the field because of a bad hold? No idea but it’s more than the fullback gained us with his spot.

Practice reps.

You often use your backup QB to run the practice squad or even get some reps in with the 1s.

Meanwhile your punter ain't got shit to do. So while your kicker is over there kicking, your punter might as well be holding for him.

It's a result of the limitations on practice reps, etc... Now you really can't afford to have your backup QB taking the hold because you probably have better ways for him to be using his time. Meanwhile if your punter isn't holding place-kicks he's just...holding his dick I guess.

Of course it was blocked. Even if it weren't obvious from the replay, has Butker ever kicked a wobbler that missed that badly?

Do you really need a 4K zoom to understand that Butker isn't going to miss hit a ball that badly and the spin of the football completely changed right around the time it reached the defender?
