The tough question is whether Patrick Mahomes' field vision is mental or physical. I'll assume that it's mental, in which case you would take Mahomes in Henne's body.

But still has the physical limitations of Henne. So no running or “pocket magic”

Question we need to know....IF we don't pick Buchele so Mahomes and Henne can switch back does that mean they can't ever switch back and are stuck in each others bodies forever OR just this single game?

I would honestly suspect Henne, now in Mahomes body, to kill me, now in Andy's body, so that he gets to stay as Mahomes forever. IF we are being honest

It's not a perfect solution. But Mahomes in Henne's body will get you maybe a Chad Pennington in a crunch.
