Every time someone talks about visiting the Chiefs organization it is described as player friendly and has a family type atmosphere. KC is described as one of the best run organizations in the league.

Well, not entirely accurate. Seems the problem is more with Rock personally and the rest of the staff is well liked if you go in depth. Honestly, that one IS a bit concerning. Being ranked dead last because the players say they feel discouraged reporting injuries or speaking out for better care in fear of retribution is no bueno
