I like Bucees. It's great place to stop when on a road trip.
Fun store to walk through and look at cool stuff while you stretch your legs.
Their Brisket is good. (and I'm a BBQ snob)
Everything is super clean. Employees are friendly. (They pay their employees very well)
It's designed for interstate travelers, so really not geared towards the local convenience store/quick fill up crowd.
Would I drive out of my way to stop at one? No. But if it's on my way somewhere and I need gas or a snack, I'll usually stop.

Everyone I have been to does not allow big rigs in the parking lot. They have great food. The brisket sandwich is outstanding and so are a lot of the burritos I have tried. They have just as many restrooms as they do pumps and the restrooms are super clean. I don't believe they ever advertise their prices for gas(at least the ones in Tennessee don't) but they are always the cheapest in the area.

Well no. Hard to have a better environment to paint the bowl other than Kohls but its a nice 2nd. I may swing over to Springfield tomorrow after the poker game and buy a Buccees shirt, check it out.

The Buccees will be busy 24 hours a day and on holiday weekends you won't be able to get close to one.
As others have stated, the restrooms are phenomenal. The BBQ is good. Probably 20 different types of jerky to choose from and just about every type of snack you would want.
Oh, you want a yeti tumbler or cooler to go with all that? We got that shit too.

Their original premise was to have the cheapest ice around and then expanded from there.
