Doubtful.
When the time comes, draft his replacement like the Packers did with Love and let him sit and get ready for a couple years. Thankfully we don't have to worry about that for like, 25 years or something. |
I was hoping he'd go the 90s Packers route and draft backups as future draft pick investments, but apparently that's not the case, and he values just winning the games we need to win should Mahomes go down rather than develop guys for the future.
Which I'm fine with, I guess. It's not as exciting, but it gets the job done. |
No but if we’re going to pay a good amount for Blaine gabbert, we can certainly do much better. For as many great moves as we make, we’ve gotta start picking up free agents we like, and not just ones recommended by fellow coaches and players.

No, but I don't discount them picking one up with one of those two 5ths.

**** that. Just keep going with the aging veterans back ups. We have got productive players in the 4th round or later.
|
This question is about the 2040 draft, correct?
|
I don't think Bronze is eligible for the draft yet, unfortunately.
|
Huh?
|
No. Would be the dumbest move to make.
He did it in Philly and everyone wants to do the "draft and develop then trade QB". Issue with that is he has to actually play. If that happens here, we're ****ed. So no thanks. |
Put down the crack pipe dude.

Gabbert hasn't been the same since Suh threw him all over the field in 2009.
|
Not a Gabbert fan, like at all. I'd rather have a 39 yr old Joe Flacco
