Not really sure what to expect.
KC has owned Baltimore (and should be 4-0), but I think this is a different animal than what they've seen before. This version of Lamar seems to be able to make all the throws. And obviously the run game could be a problem. I won't be surprised if Baltimore is consistently in 2nd and short or 3rd and short. On the other hand, I could see KC being the looser team that makes the big plays down the stretch while Lamar buckles. For once, there's no pressure on KC, but a shitload of pressure on Lamar. |
Heart attack. Close game, down to the 2 minute warning and all that.
This era of Chiefs consistently wins, but we rarely blow teams out or get blown out. So I assume this will be more of the same. |

I expect to yell at a player for being a moron and then 5 minutes later, when he makes a great play, pretend like we were cool all along and he's always been my guy. Top candidate: MVS.

The Chiefs have a will to win. And they will.

Isn't what Leo Chenal said when asked what he brings to the team?
One word. |
If the Chiefs play mistake-free football they are unbeatable.
Can't say that for Baltimore. Their track record with the current QB is not impressive. |
I expect the Chiefs to fall behind, but not badly. The game will be within 10 points at half. The Chiefs defense will begin to frustrate Lamar in the 2nd half and he will make mistakes. The Chiefs will take the lead midway through the 4th quarter and either hold the lead, or take the lead back extremely late. Chiefs win by 3-4 points.

I expect to be one major step closer to cementing our status as a without-a-doubt dynasty.
