There's a lot of talk about Chiefs fans being obnoxious, but I think what it is really all about is that they hate our confidence. Most of the talking heads were picking against us and we were confident we would win. Almost all of us thought we would be winning the game. That irritates them.

It's going to be long two weeks.

You know Broussard thought long and hard about calling in sick today. Nick is going to be insufferable on that show this afternoon, and I'm here for every second of it. I hope they bring that Patriot ball washer Mangini on later this week so Nick can laugh in his fat ****ing face as well.

Fans are just trying to convince themselves they have a chance to win the superbowl. Keep hearing, well they can't win it every year. Um...yeah actually they can. Is it likely...probably not but yes they will always be in the running to win it as long as mahomes is qb.

And we're the reason the ravens abandoned the run. We jumped on em and they panicked.

I've been dry Januarying, so that helps.

I have to admit, not seeing a lot of hate from anyone outside of Baltimore. It’s like other fans know the chiefs kicked their ass and have nothing to say.

I very rarely listen to that ESPN radio show in the morning (the latest iteration to try to replace Mike and Mike). But I tuned in today to see what they were saying. And it actually was very nice to hear Michelle Smallmon immediately apologize for doubting Mahomes and the Chiefs all season, and said she was contributing $50 (IIRC) to their "Bad Takes Jar."

After years of waking up disappointed after trying to "wish" the Chiefs to victory, sure was nice to wake up and remember:
