Blake Watson to Denver unfortunately

There ain't no way that many guys would choose to sign with the Chiefs.

Curtis Jacobs was ESPN’s top undrafted player.

He was ranked 108. So they had him in the 3rd/4th.

Well of course not, those are just the guys I like from the pickings.

Damn, I wanted the Chiefs to draft/sign him.

Similar thing happened with Mike Rose last year. Off-ball backers have a tendency to slide.

Unless they throw up insane athletic scores like say Willie Gay, they fall.

I wanted all of the guys the Chiefs signed and none of the other ones.

Right.

I can't see a fairly ordinary seeming Will 'backer (or undersized Mike) being any sort of day 2 prospect these days.

Guy looks like a 6th rounder at the earliest. It's just how it goes unless you show some premier trait.
