Hey, I’m not even saying they can’t turn it around. In fact, I still pretty much expect them to. I’m not a moron, I’ve seen the story play out the last few years like everyone else.
However, the play you’re seeing from Mahomes should concern you. He has never, ever looked this terrible for this long of a stretch. Last year, it was more about the pieces around him. This year, it’s him. That’s a very different situation.
I’m sure he’s mentally and physically exhausted, so maybe he’s just coasting because he knows he can, and I couldn’t blame him if that’s the case. Just hope he can put on his cape quickly come playoff time.

Guess I'm not sure what there is to be concerned about then?
And that's not to sound dense... I get what you're saying. Mahomes is obviously the key to it all and he needs to get his head on straight, or else it doesn't matter who your receivers are or anything else.
But, I do think we've actually seen the potential for this offense more often this year than we did for long stretches last season. At one point last season, I think in mid-late December I was still saying "remember that one time they were down 14-0 to the Raiders and then the offense looked amazing after that? What if they just do that again...." like 8 ****ing weeks later. LMAO
If it wasn't for the 4th quarter drives, crunch time, etc; I might be more concerned (well, as concerned as I could be about not 3peating, which is barely even reality right now), but I think we'll see DHop on the field for more than 50% of snaps, and then with Brown and Worthy's flashes, etc; they'll get the offense reeled in and Mahomes will once again lock in and leave us wondering why the hell this ever happens.
