It won't know why?

Because when they move on from Hurts they'll take a year to reset, the Saints refused to do that when Brees retired.

Lets not act like the Eagles are remotely as stupid as the Saints are.

Look up void years the owner will spend to win. Gotta respect that

Yeah but I think they are difficult when they are balanced. You remove Barkley from the mix and they are easier to defend.

Well, that applies to literally every team that has ever existed in any sport. You take away a star player and that team becomes easier to defend.

I'm aware, they outspent the Chiefs very significantly on their SB teams.

They’ve got an interesting strategy going. They’ve locked up a lot of their core through 2028.

The NFL has an out clause for their TV deals. I’d bet Roseman is banking on a cap surge after they renegotiate the TV deal around 2029.

Have the eagles squandered some first and second round picks like KC has?

They have absolutely nailed the past couple drafts.

Basically their last four drafts rival our 2022 draft.

Our scouting department just seems to be kinda mid. Not like lower third of the league, but middle of the pack. We hit late round picks , seemingly at tge same rate we miss on first and second rounders.

So, based on this contract, Bolton is either gone or the Chiefs are going to overpay him.

If he wants a penny over $15 mil. per, I’m letting him walk. (I know, I know, guarantees and structure).

But I wouldn’t give Bolton this contract the Eagles gave Baun.

Frankly, Barkley is amazing, but I would have never extended him. That guy gets injured and they don't really have shit on offense.

Barkley is fun to watch and a generally good dude, but he is overdue for negative regression with his injury luck.
