I know in Madden you could trade 1st round picks like 10+ years in advance...**** it, 2038 and 2042 first round picks for the LT of our dreams, LFG.

If you draft well, it won't matter. The rest takes care of itself.
We need Veach and crew to have more drafts like 2022 and less like the last two. Scouting department and front office needs to be better to sustain long term success. They do their part and we'll be competing for Super Bowls every year regardless. |

On 2023, I don't see a single long term starter outside of Rice. I'm closing the book on that one. |
The data says that very few QB's win SB's past age 31.
Brady has screwed with everyone's head about what the average actually is. That said, Mahomes physically resembles a mixture of Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers and both of those players had great years well into their late 30's. |
The only thing I'm all-in about is getting Mahomes two good OTs. The rest is relative.

Connor started 9 games this year and played pretty well and is likely moving back to safety with Reid leaving. They can't all be 2022. |

Im actually cool with a soft reset this year. Let’s stockpile a bunch of draft picks, make some hard trades more like thuney (and also lose a few guys). We aren’t like other teams where these transitions are hard. We won a damn Super Bowl a few years ago with this formula. I am ok with falling a little short this year if it allows us to get more depth with young players
The one exception is that we need to get Mahomes right. Absolute top priority. I think we have mostly the right pieces minus a left tackle. |
I worked with a degenerate gambler who would never be happy until he lost everything and had to start from square one again.

I presume he is competitive enough, skilled enough, and savvy enough to do that. Time will tell, but I'm not going to all-in mode yet if I was GM. |
