At least he can gain possesion in the first place. |
I don't like when you agree with me. Makes me feel kind of stupid.

I'd do it for McCardell and Ryan Nece.
Nece is a underrated linebacker, who played pretty well last season for TB. Johnson doesn't have a future here, and I would say he was a one-year wonder in college as well. I don't think he's the RB of the future at all. Johnson will pout every week until Holmes retires and that may not happen until Johnson's contract expires. I'd love to get Antonio Bryant for him, but I doubt Dallas does that. |
McCardell AND a LB? Too good to be true :(

there's no reason why he couldn't have a future here....trading away a guy that young, that talented, and already under contract just becasue DV holds a grudge makes no sense at all....
|
It makes perfect sense if we obtain a WR and/or LB... our two biggest areas of need.

I agree with this statement by Iowanian, and a LB would be nice but their isn't anyone available. King Carl will screw this up, because he doesn't give a rats ass about this team. |
Bringing in McCardell won't help if Dick Vermeil and Trent Green continue to make bonehead decisions.
I guess it can't hurt though. |
I have zero desire to see McCardell in a Chiefs uni. We don't need another 30 year old receiver on this team. Didn't we learn our lessons with over the hill CBs enough to know that you don't do the same with recievers. If this team is not going to make the playoffs, they need to get younger, not older.
I'd much rather see McKenzie but that's not going to happen. |
