Atlanta would seem to make the most sense. Open date in an NFL stadium, out of the way but still somewhat close, in the grand scheme of things...
Makes way more sense than screwing up everyone's schedules by moving it to a Tuesday and hoping nothing bad enough to screw that up happens. |
Just as I put that in they put the latest advisory out... pretty much unchanged though, winds are 150 mph just below Cat 5 strength, and they still expect it to move very slowly over the next couple days. Said expect outer rainbands to effect south Florida throughout the day. Since this thing isn't moving, parts of western Cuba could see up to 40 inches of rain. Good luck with that.

I just went ahead and deleted that other post since they put a new track out... now they've got it slowed waaaay down, might not hit Florida until Tuesday...
