Damn you CBS not broadcasting this game in the PHX area. I get to watch the UConn game! Went to the sports bar and they can't get the KU game either.
|
Gardner with the 3.
I guess that's why he's one of the "most talented players in the country" or whatever. |
Nice win by Missouri St. MVC has higher RPI than Big 12 at this point...
I am pretty sure... |

Wright is just sick nasty.

One thing I was concerned about was that Watkins would actually make a decent run and get considered for the HC job. Doesn't look like that will be a problem. It looks like Quin never left out there today.

:mizzou: just does not care anymore.
There is no way Rush should've tracked down that rebound. |

I think everyone is pretty much just trying to get through the season so they can jump ship. Watkins on the other hand has an EXCELLENT opportunity to revive his HC career. If he can bring this team together and get some solid wins, teams might start overlooking his last year at A&M |
Quote:
I'm having the same problem and all the CBS westwood one stations are carrying the olympics so you can't get that feed online either. I've settled for game tracker. |
Now that Quin is gone and it still is possible that Alden could follow him out the door, all I want for Easter is for Jason Horton to transfer.
He's the most worthless D-I point guard I've ever seen... but he was a Quin Snyder-recruited point guard, so what can you expect? |

They aren't playing like a team, but like a bunch of clueless uncaring morons. Ridiculous how lazy they are to the ball.

I think you might be able to stream from either www.ktgr.com or www.kfru.com. Can't remember which - and I haven't listened to any this season but it was one of those two that I streamed from last year. |

Does he have back tax issues or something? |

You can keep up with the local news at www.showmenews.com From what I'm reading there over the last several days, Alden does appear to be in the hotseat. |
looks like we are not gonna let up.
good. |
Alden better be gone, get someone that has a clue. This game was over after the first 5 min unfortunely.
|
just switched my radio to 610 AM.
I wanna hear Mike Kelly have to call this s***. Schaudenfreude. |

Giles!
good he needs to build some confidence here. |
Nothing like outscoring your opponent 2 to 1. :D
|
KU up by 30 This is a good game IMO.
|
i like doubling up Crapponents. Its fun.
|
just when I was starting to feel sorry for :mizzou: I remembered..
THEY BURNED DOWN OUR TOWN!!! :D |
Moooooooooooooooooooody
|
can we win by 50?
|
Quote:
Duke and UNC might have great basketball traditions to fuel their hatred and rivalry, but we've got death and destruction... |
dammit :mizzou: cut the lead to 30 again.
|
What's the score?
|
68-40 :KU:

Kansas - A lot Mizzou - A little |
Self needs to bench Rush.
|
KU's in bonus - now the score gets even uglier.
|
Yeah. Thomas Garnder player of the game.
4-16 FG. Way to go chucker! ROFL |
Look what happens to Mizzou when Gardner doesnt light it up for 20+ a game.
|
Season low - 46 points, thats just really ****ing terrible.
|
Taking threes with less than 30 seconds left, up by 30. Nothing but class from the Ghey-U as always.
|
Good win by KU. Esp impressive on defense.
|
Great win. Dominating performace, I hope they can keep this up.
|
If Self had kept Wright, Chalmers, Rush and RR, we would have won by 50.
|
guess we covered the spread.
Once again Vegas was right and I was wrong. good thing I don't have any extra $$$ to throw around. |

Wright and Giles are shot blocking machines. |
Quote:
If Self would have done that, I would have traveled across the state lines to Lawrence and I would have his balls nailed to a tree. He did that against UAB in the NCAA tourney a couple seasons ago, then got his ass kicked by Georgia Tech the next game. |
Never let up.... great thing to see going into the game against Baylor.... which most teams can beat without showing up, but still...

Shooting 3's with your garbage time players is nothing to complain about. MU was still playing somewhat hard defense. Mizzou shoots more 3s than any team Ive ever seen, so its nice to see them get a little taste of their own medicine. |

YEah I knew what you meant, I just thought Id tell ya what Id do if he did that. |

Bill Self just said on the radio "we could've hung 90 on them if we hadn't let up with 7 minutes left."

You know I'm not trying to be an asshole, but I thought I remembered the old MU vs. KU game thread from January to be much longer and more posted than this one. I guess it's hard for MU fans to post when your team is getting BLOWN OUT by 30+ points. This is always a weird rivalry in terms of how MU handles the games.
At home when MU plays its best bball, can barely hold on to beat Kansas by only a few points with the home court advantage. A win is a win I know, I understand that. But then they come back down to earth and play like the real MU Tigers and lose by 30 at Allen Fieldhouse to 4 starting freshman. I dont get it. Home court advantage shouldnt be a difference of 30pts in a game. |
