BTW, good luck in earning your Red Coat. :thumb:

Thanks, I have already had passed along several stories about problems at the gate and in the lots, but I am always interested in more.

Wouldn't surprise me if that happens. I guess there's a bad part of me that does wish a blackout does occur, but even that, I doubt that's very likely that will occur.

I bet Carl demolishes the upper deck to keep the sellout streak alive.

Is it a sin that Im considering picking up a season ticket for this season? I dont wanna send King Carl the wrong message but.. It will be the first time I will ever have the chance to have a season ticket, and I can't deny win or lose I think it'd still be worth it personally lol.

Yeah go for it. I renewed mine, I still hate Peterson but I love going to the games and how the NFL is I dont want to be left out if they get lucky and get good again.

Dartgod 02-27-2008 09:09 PM

I renewed too. I'm not gonna let Carl ruin what is usually a good time with great friends every year.

I can empathize with all the long-timers who recently gave up their season tickets. I had mine from 1990-2005 and then gave them up after finally facing reality. My hatred for Carl and the way he runs the organization has trumped my fandom, which I used to consider diehard.

Good job, Carl.

I don't think it's a sin. But I'd use a alias.

I really enjoyed going to games MORE 10 to 15 years ago and NOW I find it to be a hassle with traffic and not to mention traveling 100 + miles each way and the gas prices to boot.

Since I sold most of my seats anyway I can just buy tickets to one or two games a year when I feel like going again. (which may not be in the near future).

I hope Clark gets the big picture here cause that is what it is all about. Peterson needs to go before I will even consider season tickets again.

What a brain fart I just had...

I was just thinking HELL I am well past the 75 mile range so I get to watch the blackout games on COX.

PBJ PBJ PBJ

Then I realized that our area gets KCTV5 and WIBW13 as our CBS affiliates and I am pretty sure the ABC, NBC and FOX come from KC or Topeka as well so I am just as screwed as YOU unless I want to buy DirecTV.

Hell, you should easily be able to improve your seat location this year, if nothing else. So, you got that going for you........

You know if it wasn't for the 100+ mile each way trip and $3 a gallon for gas I might have been tempted to be a pansy as well.

Nah. The seats across the aisle from mine went up $5, so if we improve, we will likely pay more. No thanks...
