Loving it so far.

ClevelandBronco 10-13-2008 09:01 PM

Get up, Ross.

Dylan 10-13-2008 09:01 PM

Damn it Ross is hurt

ClevelandBronco 10-13-2008 09:04 PM

Good to see him walking off.

Dylan 10-13-2008 09:04 PM

Frazod 10-13-2008 09:07 PM

Can't even catch the kickoff now. :shake:

Dylan 10-13-2008 09:07 PM

If the Giants don't score on this drive, stick a fork in them -- game over

Dylan 10-13-2008 09:08 PM

It better be holding -- Cleveland

Dylan 10-13-2008 09:08 PM

WTF was that?

I haven't seen it yet.

I have intimate knowledge of the 1966 Texas Western Miners program that was the subject of the the film, "Glory Road."

That movie was a pack of misinformation and outright lies.

I'll watch "The Express" with a jaded eye.

Not often that you see a flagrant facemask on the offense.

Dylan 10-13-2008 09:10 PM

My father-in-law grew up in Syracuse and was a friend and teammate of Ernie Davis. He hasn't seen the movie yet, but I'll be curious to hear his reaction to it.

ClevelandBronco 10-13-2008 09:11 PM

BTW: I'm a huge Miners fan, so that's not the issue.

chiefs1111 10-13-2008 09:12 PM

I'll do that.

I know he's talked to some people in Syracuse who have already seen it, who said it that while it got some stuff wrong, overall it was accurate and portrayed the kid very well.

And I think you can stick a fork in the Giants.

chiefs1111 10-13-2008 09:15 PM

touchdown Browns

ClevelandBronco 10-13-2008 09:15 PM

YES! YES!
YES!
YES!

That was pretty good.

dtebbe 10-13-2008 09:15 PM

I'm hoping TG is all curled in his seat -- nice and comfy on a flight to NY

Antonio is looking iffy right about now, but maybe it's Rivers.

Can you imagine Gates and Gonzalez with a good QB? Please.

Hammock Parties 10-13-2008 09:22 PM

I pick up Eli for my fantasy team next week. He'll come back strong against the 49ers at NY.

Eli would kill the whole freaking league with kind of target under Plaxico.

Could an offense even function with Gates/Gonzalez/Chambers/Jackson/Tomlinson????

What's the official record for most confused defense?

ClevelandBronco 10-13-2008 09:28 PM

Wow. The Giants showed no heart at all in the second half.

The game was winnable at halftime.

I think it was the Patriots after Ronnie Brown anal-raped them a few weeks back.

Deberg_1990 10-13-2008 09:30 PM

So whos the best team in the NFL now?

The Titans??

You serious?

They have the best record, but they aren't the Chargers.

I hope if the Chargers have to go anywhere in the playoffs, its Tennessee..

That sounds cocky, but I believe its true.

Yeah it is...

The Chargers ****ed up a few times this year, but they are still the most talented team...They'll be there in the end.

Nope.

Deberg_1990 10-13-2008 09:36 PM

I think the Chargers will definately be a force in December/Jan.

Too much talent to not be.

Rivers is great. He doesnt get enough love. Wish he played on my team.

They are the most talented team, but they are playing exactly how you would expect a Norv Turner coached team to play.

Inconsistent and without direction or purpose.

it doesn't take that long, to turn a team around -- fans are the most powerful people in sports -- you can force a change.

AP is following your story. That's big.

Buck 10-13-2008 09:38 PM

If TG goes to the Giants, then its the Giants hands down.

The last undefeated team in the NFL - The Tennessee Titans.

Nothing at all. I don't think the Broncos are good team.

I also don't think the Chargers are worth a crap.

Great talent (except for the QB). Lousy coaching.

Ok fine, then I rescind my statement....

But give me a team that is better.

And what do you mean by except for the QB?

Who leads the league in Passer's Rating and TD's this year?

Bwana 10-13-2008 09:41 PM

The Browneyes took it the Gigunts? Heh, nice.

KcMizzou 10-13-2008 09:44 PM

Has any team ever gotten more love from the media, without actually producing on the field success... than the Chargers?

ClevelandBronco 10-13-2008 09:45 PM

I should append that earlier post. Tomlinson looks done and you don't have a QB, along with the crappy coaching.

Enjoy that SB you could have played.

No, thats what they are famous for....

But seriously, I'm not a member of the media.

The Chargers will get their Act Straight and will be the best team in the league by the end of the year...

XXXshogunXXX 10-13-2008 09:47 PM

tomlinson isnt done. And we have a QB, one who doesnt turn it over repeatedly in the 4th.

I don't particularly dislike you team, but I figure they'll find a way to Norv it up again.

Amazing how much better DA looked with his line actually blocking and his receivers not dropping the ball (for the most part).
