Reminds me of something funny I saw today. About noon at one of my stores I look at the window and see a cop pull this truck over. Normally I wouldn't pay attention but since it was directly in front of the store I couldn't help but be nosy. Anyway this cop winds up giving this guy a field sobriety test. When the guy was instructed to touch his nose and lift one leg this dude went head first into the concrete. His freaking head just exploded, blood everywhere, etc. They had to call an ambulance where I'm sure they administered him a blood test and now I'm sure the ignorant sob is in jail.

Holy balls. My new Gulden Draak tulip glass is amazing. It is accentuating the hell out of Bully! Porter's roasted malts. This beer has never smelled this good before. Usually I drink porters out of a pint glass or a Sam Adams Perfect Pint glass. Not anymore.

Note to beer lovers (not that this is news to me or to many of you): glassware makes a huge difference in the aroma and flavor of beer.

Okay, time to get off my ass, load the dishwasher, and get myself a drink. Which should I try first, a Rum Runner or a Zombie?

I have a few beers from New Belgium I am drinking on.

Also bought a 6er of Boulevard Pale Ale which I have never had before. I think the only other thing I have tried from Boulevard is the IPA a few years ago.

I tried Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat and thought it sucked. There is shit floating around in it. And it sucks.

That's called yeast. Even if you don't like the taste of that beer, the unfiltered, cloudy quality is a positive for the style.
