edit: on a side rant, man, wtf is with kc organizations not getting shit right. the royals keep sweeney and trade beltran away for 2 AAAA players, and a pitcher that never amounted to anything, and the chiefs keep LJ and get rid of one of the brightest young defensive stars in this league. once again for players that don't appear to be worth it at this point, IMO.

My Bet is that he goes to N.E. and wins a Championship.

Personally I don't think it matters either way, a sadder note is what he's willing to say probably reflects what some of that locker room thinks which is a bad statement for Haley.

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="8" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td class="wiretap_key_header">Chiefs To Release Larry Johnson</td></tr><tr><td>27th October, 2009 - 7:29 pm</td></tr><tr><td>http://football.realgm.com/images/nf...ogos/kc_pp.gifJeff Risdon/RealGM - The Kansas City Chiefs will sever ties with problematic running back Larry Johnson, according to a team source that spoke to RealGM's Jeff Risdon on Tuesday afternoon.

The league and the team are investigating a pair of recent incidents, including one where Johnson used a gay slur. This is not the first time Johnson has gotten himself in trouble by using a gay slur, having had to apologize for the same offense last season. He was forced to apologize for this, as well as for negative comments directed at head coach Todd Haley. Haley has thus far refused comment.

The team has barred Johnson from any contact with the team.

This is a precursory move before the team formally releases Johnson before the end of the week, according to the source.

Part of the delay in releasing him involves going through the NFL’s disciplinary investigation, but the source was adamant that Larry Johnson has played his last game in Kansas City.</td></tr></tbody></table>

LJ's been talking stupid shit since day 1, if his comments reflected the teams sentiments in any of those situation that would be proof positive we got the wrong 53 and not a reflection of the coaching.

LJ's a puss and has NO CRED plain and simple and there's no way any real pro doesn't see that.
