This game is very boring.

NBA is a different game. Fouls are never called, traveling and double dribbling is allowed, and they're lazy on defense. There are 82 games in a season and maybe 10 of them are worth watching.

It did for a few years around here, and even thought NU has dropped off the past few years it still has a better following than b-ball.

The NBA is different than college. That being said, I still watch the NBA some because it is still basketball. I also think it is a little harder to become a big NBA fan since we have no local team. I usually just follow the teams with former KU players. ;)

For the most part it is. The time to actually start watching the NBA is in the last couple weeks in the season when teams are fighting for playoff spots, and on into the playoffs. THEN you will see better defense.

But for the most part in the reg season, you will see shitty defense in almost every single game. There are exceptions to the rule. There are "defensive specialists". But for the most part the defense in the NBA is horrible.
