The Mexican Coke was a little different, but I can't say it was leaps and bounds better. |

Lightly seasoned squash, zucchini, red onion, garlic, asparagus stir-fried in a wok and tossed with Parmesan. Salmon burgers paired with Avery The Reverend
It was pretty dang good for thrown together in 15 minutes with no idea where I was going when I cracked the fridge. |

Left over stew I made a few days ago. Made it with a couple bottles of beer. It was delish!

german potato salad with a side of lime jello

I've made it 5 whole days as an almost vegetarian (had frozen shrimp once, having it again tomorrow). Everything raw, nothing processed except for salad spritzer and cocktail sauce. This may be the longest period in my life that I've gone without bread, chocolate, cookies, potatoes and sugar. Shooting for 7 days, and then to add chicken and fish to the routine. Pretty drastic change in my diet, so it's been an up-and-down week for my stomach. Nothing too bad, though.
Tonight's feast was salad and raw almonds. |

It's more like a hint of salad dressing than salad dressing. Not real strong, at least not if you stick with the 10 spray "serving size" (I'll sometimes go up to 15 or 20 if I'm eating a real big salad). Even if you double it it's only 20 calories and 2g fat. |
beer.
