I can't believe 'Hamas' Jenkins reproduced. That girl is going to be hell on wheels. She will likely reduce men to quivering simps.

getting ready to rock my new Fender Mustang pro-guitar for Rock Band 3 (the guitar with actual strings).

My bucket list includes learning to play an instrument...so I figured I might have some fun with this, but actually learn something at the same time.

Got the keyboard too....

Should be fun...

I was there to witness the birth of our first grandchild. Cody James is a healthy 7 lb 4 oz baby boy and future Chief fan. A guy couldn't ask for anything more for Christmas.

I got tears of joy watching my wife tear up, seeing the tickets I got her for the UMKC-KU game. After years of paying tuition for 2 daughters and a son to go to KU, we're FINALLY going.

She told me that we need to wear our KU shirts. I told her I was just going to wear a blue shirt.

42" Flat screen for the bedroom, TomTom, Back to the Future Trilogy on Blu-Ray, and 2 Chiefs season tickets for next season, and 2 tix to the potential playoff game. Ummm.....oh yeah, some Aeropostle cologne. All that was from my wife. She rocks!!

MOhillbilly 12-25-2010 03:53 PM

cash and lots of it.

Mr. Plow 12-25-2010 04:04 PM

Didn't really get anything. Couple shirts is about it. I always convince the wife that we aren't doing Xmas presents for each other, then I sneak out and buy her something. Always with the disguise of using the money on the kids instead of each other. She opens the present I got her, cries for a second, then gets pissed because "we weren't getting each other anything." I love it.

Sooner or later she'll figure it out....maybe.

I got a sick J Lindberg shirt and tie. Sick I tell you.

But I gave my wife this acoustic iPod amplifier cast in white ceramic, patterned after the old vittrola's. It magnifies the speaker 4x and listening to old Christmas classics it's pretty cool.

And we got our tix for tomorrow. I hope the extra pounds the season has afforded me will help at the game. But we're bringing a fire pit to be sure we're warm before we go in and freeze!

My five year old got the coolest gift as far as I'm concerned: She got one of those Wii Udraw things and it totally rocks. She loves art and she picked it up really fast (I mean really fast). I'm surprised by what that little thing can do. It is like a junior wacom for the wii; I was worried that it might be a little difficult for her, especially since you have to "draw" on a tablet and the picture appears on the screen, but she not only figured that out in the first couple of minutes, she also figured out how to use different brushes, canvases, colors etc.

If you have a kid who loves art and have a wii, I highly recommend it.

Archie Bunker 12-25-2010 11:26 PM

Fallout New Vegas, Fable III, MU sweatshirt, Chiefs coffee mug, and a red Wii bundle. Pretty happy with my haul. Merry Christmas everyone.
