Never heard of him. Who watches X-Factor, anyway?

Up until recently I always thought X factor was some middle aged woman.

Would clay qualify as our board superfan?

I'm just speculating, but I think part of the reason Stevieray migrated away from the FDE schtick was because the attention got to be too much. It's pretty hard to hang out tailgating with friends when you are constantly bombarded with photo requests. |
Whatever happened to Barrys Koolaid?

I've seen a million of these guys come and go at Arrowhead. Krazy George, Helmet Head, Belly Boy, etc etc etc.
Some are very cool and represent themselves and the team well (ex: Weird Wolf, FDE, Arrowman) some are just annoying (Helmet Head, Belly Boy). X-Factor seems like a guy who lives in his mom's basement and needs to get a date with an actual girl (or guy I guess in this case). There'll always be guys like that at Arrowhead. It just comes with the sport. |

His outfits were always top of the line and he never acted like a clown, just struck a few E poses and curled his lip or smiled. |
yeah, FDE was legit.
I'm sure X-Factor is a good guy....I just simply for the life of me do not understand the costume. LMAO |

Where's the insulated one for those really cold games? |
those are just epic get-ups. not some half-assed job.

I forget where I saw the video, but I think I saw one of you doing your FDE at an Indy game. I'm thinking in the parking lot or parking garage? maybe. The video was great, if i recall, because everything was just normal / you were acting normal, then BAM in a split second....went into FDE mode.
LMAO not sure why, but i always laughed at that. it was great. |

First Down Elvis quit being a thing once Dan Roberts was no longer the PA announcer
|
Quote:
???? btw, they still do the FD chant. |
Quote:
We see his son occasionally at Royals games. Last I heard, he's had some health issues but is doing ok. Pretty much retired from vending. |
So stevieray is First Down Elvis? That has to be the closest thing to a celebrity we have on Chiefs Planet not named Jason Whitlock right? I have fond memories of sitting near FDE and hearing him get shit on by Dallas fans.
|
Mad Mike or whatever his name was back in the 80s that used to walk around with the drum was pretty cool. I'm sure it wasn't easy getting 18'000 people to get loud, but the dude tried.
|
holy crap, I forgot about that guy.
I remember seeing/hearing him when we would be sitting in the vacant upper bowl, following the sun around the uppder deck during the game to try to keep warm. |
Quote:
Brad Pitts little "how bout them Chiefs" thing on tv last year also made me wonder a bit, but nah he's way too big and busy rescuing the worlds orphans, too casual a fan I'd bet. |
Didn't this person come around and invite CP to join him at a certain gate to chant and 'dance around opposing fans' and this place dogpiled him for that? Maybe he has not come back here since?
|

But his outfit is just quite simply a mess. |

Maybe X-Factor could get some design help on his outfit, and become the first outwardly Gay team mascot? Become "Out-Factor???"
Just spitballing new ideas here.... |

But, I don't think Stevieray was bugged too much at my tailgates. Mostly everyone knew each other. We would get out of towners visiting Arrowhead for the first time. The Tee-pee gang was next to us so I'm sure when he went up there he got bugged. |

Last I saw him was a year ago in Sept at my grandpas funeral. Still loves the chiefs and royals. |

Now there's enough people who show up and do it for free. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krazy_George_Henderson BTW: Krazy George claims to have invented "The Stadium Wave." And for that he must die in an Aids Tree Fire. |
Who was the Chiefs super fan who became a Jihadist?

So what Elvis was Stevieray I remember seeing 4 or 5 at arrowhead at one time or another. Any pic's? I remember one that had a plastic hair helmet that looked more like Frankenstein. The several fat Elvis in the white. Little help here.
|
Oh I forgot Black Elvis at the game once but he might have been James Brown I don't know.
|
Steveieray's FDE was the standard by which other Elvis' should be measured.
