I can't handle it. I had to mute him. Listening to NY sports talk isn't as terrible because I love hearing another teams fail and the other local teams I like have won before. Listening to KC talk is frustrating.

Well I think most should know that's not what he meant, but ideally he wouldn't have said it. He did a great job. It's a joke that after all that they dwell on that right after the interview.

I dont think he's really defending Romeo the guy. Just what happens during the game, He's played it, he knows a little more about what he's talking about then the host. It all falls back on that Romeo took on to much which he said was the case. He has a real point that by the time he's done talking to the defense it could already be 3rd or 4th down. Ya know the Chiefs are good for fast 3 and outs.

I concur, I know that's not what he was saying, but I was trying to listen to it as someone who had not heard exactly what was going on with the SOC movement would hear it. In that way, it made us look somewhat foolish. I'll stand by my belief that metioning the poll was anything but a good idea.

That's fair. That being said, at some point as the head coach you need to have the skill to have a sense of whats going on. How can you decide to go for it on 4th or something like that. First of all, I have been operating under the assumption that parking fees went to the county ... not to the Chiefs. Second of all, who cares about where or if people park? We're not trying to save meter maids here. Third of all, showing up for the games and tailgating but refusing to enter the stadium seems like one of the best insults we could fling at Pioli ... heck, it's the equivalent of sports venue monkey poo.

The rest goes to parking nazi's, cleanup, and to the respective clubs. Don't know what that means in terms of revenue for the Chiefs and Royals but it's probably a nice little chunk of cash.

Let somebody else factcheck it. I got that from about 45 minutes of deep google searching with several different key-words. There's a very interesting study of the complex renovations out there from Rutgers (I think) showing how awful it was for the taxpayers.

Another interesting tidbit I got from tonight. Danni Boatwright was a co-host so naturally Casey is there. Guess who has been in touch asking if he wants to come snap to Cassel?
