Good thoughts and prayers sent your way. Sounds like she will be good to go though. Been through this with Mrs. Trebmaxx many times over the years, sitting in the waiting room waiting for the doc. Not a fun deal.

She's a tough little thing, let me tell you. She had our son naturally and got through it without drugs. She's never had health problems like this and when The doc asks you 1-10 on a pain scale, most of us would be at an 11 where she's at a 6.

I knew something was wrong when she told me, ER mother****... Lets go.

I got to see her and she already looks better. She asked for a candy bar and said her pain level was 2. After major surgery!

Morale of the story? Don't **** with Lump. She doesn't feel pain like humans. Lol

What pisses me off is we went to the ER two days ago and they sent us home even though they kinda knew what was going on.
Then we went to her OBG yesterday and she sent us home even though she kinda knew what was going on.

Then today my wife is on the floor crying and nearly passing out from the pain and she had to have a part removed. Maybe this could've been avoided if docs weren't so concerned about HIPPA laws and lawsuits.

I want to thank everyone for their kind words again. I know I'm not around as much but I still love you guys. Well, most of you.

I'll keep you guys informed. I'm sure she will be on tomorrow.

Update:

We just got home after a very, very long night. She's very tired and sore but she feels a lot better. The surgeon that operated was really good and after the call was made, he was in the hospital in 20 minutes.

She'll be on here later I'm sure. Thanks everyone for the nice PM's and posts.

Great news. I love the story about Town East Mall. I get the pleasure of taking my wife to that mall this afternoon so she can spend more of my money in the Coach store. Hopefully, I'll get a little tongue action later.

Hi, guys and gals. Thank you so much for the prayers and well wishes!

It was a hectic couple of days for me, but luckily, I'll be taking some time off of work and getting some much needed rest.

As far as my "girl parts" (probably TMI, but oh well)... I had 2 cysts, (1 on each ovary), and the one on the right ovary had burst on Thursday. Gonzo took me to the hospital, they ran some extensive tests, loaded me up with Morphine, then they sent me home with pain killers. I was put on bed rest and saw my OBGYN on Friday. She took more tests, refilled my pain killer script, then sent me home.

Then yesterday, (not but a few minutes after I had posted on the Random Thoughts thread), I got up to go to the bathroom and experienced the worst pain ever and I doubled-over. Gonzo came running and we both knew that something was wrong. He arranged for a sitter and we headed to the ER.

They got me right in and ran the same tests as before. This time though, they found out that my fallopian tube was 3x the normal size and it had ruptured, too. Apparently I was bleeding internally quite a bit and they had no other choice but to operate within the next few hours. The surgery went well and they removed both cysts and the fallopian tube.

Anyway... I truly appreciate each and every one of you for keeping me, (and Gonzo), in your thoughts! However, I'm a bit saddened that Dylan didn't post a cake or something. I know it's not a b-day thread, but maybe you could have posted at least a muffin? I love me some muffins!

Exactly. Child birth, ruptured cyst/falopian tube, and back labor... all very painful, indeed.

They didn't keep me on Thursday because they were clueless as to the severity of my situation. The same thing happened, (at that same hospital), when I was going through back labor. On the 3rd day, we went back and told them to admit me or we would consult a lawyer. I had a room within 5 minutes and my labor was induced within an hour. Sometimes it pays to be an asshole.

In that situation, everyone's an asshole. If I'm in that kind of pain, I want you to give me whatever the **** you can to get me out of pain.
