The shine of Alex Smith being new here will wear off eventually and they will stop with the incessant posting about him. After that they will either continue as fans of football in general to participate in college football threads, monday or sunday night game threads, and the other random stuff in general that so many people enjoy about this place, or they will just fade away like so many other posters have done in the past. Let them enjoy those things too if they wish.

There are people like me that have interest in seeing how Smith and KC plays out.
I have more fan experience with the KC QB right now than any 49er but Gore.

There are also people here that appear only interested in mocking people who don't sign off on their opinion. They rarely engage in honest debate and add little to nothing in the way of information or links.

There are a few turds, but we've gotten a few that are genuine like this cat is. And I like this guy. He keeps it real. I like Maverick too. I'm not sure what the deal is, but no, they shouldn't be banned. We've endured far worse, and didn't enflame our labias over it either.
