Jack in the Box has the best "shitty chain" burgers by far.
|
Hardee's burgers were always my guilty pleasure. They had a philly cheesiest thick burger that was bauce

Two of the last three times I've eaten at Culvers I've gotten sick. Never again.
|
Great icecream. Clean. Really clean. Never had bad service. Burgers are top drawer. Its lots like ChicFilA quality and nice folks.

Five Guys demolishes either one of those. |

Red robin is the same as Applebee's to me. I don't get the love.
Is it the never ending steak cut fries or something? My wife likes that place. |

Anyways, havent had a Schultz & Dooley's burger in a long time. It's an S-town thing. |
We have one by us it's to expensive though.

I hate paying ****ing $25.87 for two people... |
I like their burrgers. Their fries are good, too. They also have very good service.

Another plug for BRGR. They have a Juicy Lucy. Slices of cheese are made inside the patty before it's cooked. Glorious.

Add Winstead's Whattaburger Texas Tom's Maid Rite Backyard Burgers |
Dairy Queen and A&W also have burgers.
A really good mom & pop burger place is on US 40 highway in Independence, about three miles East of Arrowhead. It's called "Big Boy Burger." It's not the same chain as Hi-Boy, but both are similar. Big Boy is family owned like Hi-Boy, both have great huge burgers and onion rings, and great shakes and ice cream. Big Boy also has lots of antique and custom car club rallys on weekends during the spring and summer. http://www.yelp.com/biz/big-boy-restaurant-independence |
Fred and Reds used powdered cheese, why don't you question their success Mohillbilly? - You need to chill the **** out before you piss me off.

Current list:
A&W Backyard Burgers Braum's BRGR Burger King Burger Station Culver's Dairy Queen Five Guys Freddy's Frozen Custard Fuddrucker's Hardee's/Carl's Jr. Hi-Boy In-N-Out Burger Jack in the Box Larkburger Maid Rite McDonald's Red Robin Smashburger Sonic Spangles Steak 'n Shake Taylor's Texas Tom's Wendy's Whattaburger White Castle Winstead's I'll cap it at no more than 50 total and throw up a poll tonight (hopefully). |
Their burgers are ok...but their fish sandwich is the best fast food fish sandwich in the city (IMO).
However, it is quite expensive (for fast food). |

Well, since we are starting a list....we like Big Burger. On Vivion and N. Brighton in the northland.
|
They opened one on 135th a couple years back, and it's good enough that I've made it a point of going at least once every couple of months. Good burgers, good crinkle fries, good (but different) root beer, good custard and good cheese curds.
I tried freddies steakburgers a few months ago, and like that place, too, but it's maybe even more expensive than culver's. |
Sooooo....... There was going to be a poll??? Or was that going to be a pole (with a dancer)? Either way....................

Culver's
I personally love Culver's. It's always the first stop I make everytime I'm home from college.

The last time I had a fish sandwich @ Culver's, they were serving Walleye at the time. Don't know if they serve Walleye all the time, but it was danged tasty.
Another couple of decent local burger joints = Big Bam's @ 59th and Neiman, and Grandstand Burgers @ 49th and Merrian Lane. Nothing fancy, just good hamburgers. |
