True story. |

Serious question, Dane. If SAUTO & I drove out there to buy you lunch, would you have lunch with us? We are not actively planning on driving out there, just asking for a friend. Dinny |

Absolutely! One of these days we'll all hook up. |
Okay so I dug out this camera. It's a Tascam DR-V1HD.
I am hoping someone can help me past these stones in my passway. It records the videos in .mov files. .mov files work me over worse than Donger's brothers did him. I can record the file to the chip in my camera just fine. When I load the file to my Windows 7 laptop and try to view the video, there is no audio in Windows media player. I downloaded and installed QuickTime Lite, but it doesn't show up in the "Open With" list. Is there a good program for converting .mov files to something I can edit on a Windows machine? What is a good program for editing? I'm not looking to get too crazy, just maybe adjust brightness or zoom after the fact. If I can get this thing to work tomorrow, I will post a video of me playing "Take Five" on guitar behind my back because it will be incredibly silly and stupid. Dinny |
'Any video converter ' can convert the MOV to whatever
So you can edit it with windows movie maker or whatnot I haven't tried MOV but supposedly it works like a champ |
Okay you assholes. Bob Dole just spent 7 hours driving/parked on I-49 so he can drive another 2 hours tomorrow and smack a wooden box. You ****ers within an hour or so of Knuckleheads better show up.

Ya'll still suck. And Bob Dole was awesome. |
In all seriousness, it was a top quality jam with a lot of good players. It is obvious that it has been going on for awhile. At one point there were 11 players on stage, including a horn section.
Hammond B3 supplied, and the first jam Bob Dole has attended that included tuba (with Christmas lights, no less), accordion, and some handheld electronic gizmo that sounded a lot like a xylophone. (Can't recall the name.) Anyone looking for some live music on a Saturday afternoon would not be disappointed by this freebie. |
