Chip Kelly to Florida is Rich Rodriguez to Michigan the sequel.

Chip Kelly has zero relationships or connections to the high school football recruiting network in the state of Florida and his offense at Oregon was pretty much shut down by every SEC team he faced.

Urban Meyer had zero FL connections and did just fine. Kelly would need to retain some of the Florida staff, namely Skipper, Seider, and Davis who are great recruiters.

So Kelly's offense can't succeed in the SEC because he lost to the SEC while at Oregon and Frost's offense can't succeed at Nebraska because he won't be able to recruit Florida athletes. Can't have it both ways.
