Im excited to see how this years additions can develop going into next season. Really good start, for Nnadi, DOD, Watts(when healthy),Lucas, and Ward. Im not giving up on Speaks either, it just appears they all need some time and experience, and may be significant contributors! Future looks bright on both sides of the ball!:clap:

Rewatched the infamous 97 playoff game vs Elway. One thing that stood out is I didn’t remember Grbac being that mobile. Dare I say he looked almost Mahomesesque a few times on scramble throws.

However, with Mahomes at QB and Reid running the offense, that would’ve been a 28-14 win.

They just see the writing on the wall. They’ve had Mahomes envy since he stole the limelight in Foxboro.

I moved to NC 10 years ago so I havent been to a game since. My wife bought me a ticket to the game and a flight so I'll be there. I'm a 37 year old die hard chiefs fan. I've been through every heartache. I'm so happy I'm literally crying. There just aren't any words. Sheewww. I'll be by myself though, will any of you guys be there?

I live in Iowa and went tot the game yesterday with my Son from out of state and he won't be around next weekend. I may be coming down to the AFCG with a friend, shit, maybe by myself if no one else wants to go. IF I do I will PM you and you are welcomed to ride with me/us to the game and we could drop you back off somewhere afterwards. I hope I get it done.

Chargers have collapsed on themselves-- it's clear to anyone watching they have already checked out. Being on the road the last three weeks, and playing in 20 degree temperatures have taken it's toll today-- they are woefully unprepared.

Bill Belichick led defenses in NE have given up 40+ points only 7 times since 2000.

Pats are a different team on the road and the Chiefs are a different team at home (especially the defense). Chiefs are healthier than they were when they last played the Pats and could have DOD and Ware back. I'm actually less concerned about this game than I was the Colts.

Ok, group opinion here. Change the title to include the other team name or leave it as is.

I still say "vs who gives a ****"

DOesn't matter who we're playing, leave the title as is IMO.

If they win, do you really want the thread to go down in history as "some other team"?

It's not like it's the Chargers, it could be the passing of the torch.
