Whit to second Gore to RF

Gore can’t play RF. Arm isn’t close to good enough. It’s not good enough for LF.

I think the Whit hit streak is neat and all but why does baseball let streaks continue from season to season? Whit got a 4 month rest in between his streak. Not near as impressive as Brett’s IMO.

I would think it's a little more difficult to take 4 months off and then continue the streak.

I agree with this. I think it would be easier to be in the zone day to day seeing the ball than taking an extended time off and not missing a beat.
