I'm not a gas station food kind of guy but in a pinch I do like the triple stack sandwich at QT.

Those two must be allergic to awesomeness |
Hunt Bros Pizza was very good. Maybe because all the toppings were fresh an added as one ordered. But since Shawnee Market closed, I have had another one.
Then Woodrows has a decent sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. Made fresh each morning. Both are out on MM on Shawnee Bend. |

Wawa's subs are probably the best in the convenience store/gas station market

Steak sauce is what I would call a superfluous sauce.
So far as its intended companion, it's been a long long time since I made or ordered a steak so woeful that a sauce could improve it. For anything else, it's not that I dislike steak sauce, as it is that I don't place its 'tang' high on the list of flavors I'm looking for. If someone had fries, but told me they were out of ketchup [etc], and would steak sauce be all right, I'd politely accept. Same if they gave me a shitty steak. Otherwise, there are better choices. Heinz 57, on the other hand, is straight shite. |
In our region, Casey's pizza and Chester's Chicken....although they vary a bit based on location/management.

I don't believe I've ever had Casey's pizza - what's its claim to fame?

Decent crust, not too thick or thin. Plentiful toppings. Probably the things that give them the most loyalty is three specialty pizzas in particular, Taco, Bacon Cheeseburger, and Breakfast. |

I like to eat pussy in gas station parking lots

I go with roller dogs. Usually well done enough no bacteria from someone that doesn't wash their hands after using the restroom can live through.

Talk to me about the health effects of eating gas station food?

Thedford, NE. Gas station in the middle of nowhere sells pork on a stick
‘Nuff said” |
I know it's not food but God damn I love me a 7-Eleven Slurpee during the middle of summer!

Some of our QT's in Wichita have started selling pulled pork and brisket sandwiches and tacos....they are actually pretty good.

Man, I don't do a lot of fast food but now I'm in the mood for a Wawa meatball.. I always do the classic with provolone, parm, oregano and add the pepperoni. That shit is on point. Guess I'll do that for lunch tomorrow :)

There's a small joint around 47th and Mission that has some decent BBQ. Be prepared to wait a minute

I like the idea of Casey's pizza, If I lived there; I'd have a hard time NOT going to Tim's or Funhouse ....or Minsky's for that matter. Certainly it's not better than those places...?

This is the classic gas station/convenience store food here in Hawaii, SPAM Musubi.
