Twitter is blowing up as the Arabs/Muslims claim ownership of her dance as symbolic and a show of their culture, The Columbians say its an afro-columbian dance, the Baptists are saying she was slutty.

That said, the OP should be a poll so we can vote on the selections and choose a bandwagon winner

Dude what the **** is his problem?

He’s such a negative pillowbitergot. He couldn’t stop posting negative bs during the game but had nothing to say after the win.

He thought John ****ing Pagano was a better option than Spags. He doesn’t know shit.

jerryaldini 02-03-2020 10:56 AM

I was disappointed to hear after the game that Tyreek had his head down and didn't believe. Pat had to bring him back.

My biggest issue was after all the team had given us this season, to be shitting all over players and Andy was uncalled for.

By the way, their line was selling out on the pass rush and as much as I'm pass first, when facing a great pass rush you have to mix in some runs and screens, and mostly they were effective. We weren't getting downfield plays because their rush and zone were both effective. That'a a stout defense.

Only call I really had a problem with was the third and long screen. Andy and Eric called a fantastic game.

teedubya 02-03-2020 01:34 PM

I just needed to bring out the Oogity Boogity SB towel and use the mojo against the 49ers. It finally started working around 7mins left in the game. [emoji81]

I hated that play call. You don't call give up plays when you have Mahomes.

Frosty 02-03-2020 01:55 PM

When the Chiefs scored the Kelce TD, making it 20-17 49ers, I told my son that the game was now set up for the defense to get a stop and then have Mahomes score to win 24-20. I'll have to admit that i didn't think the defense would get a score. I doubted them again when the Chiefs made it 24-20 with 2:44 left, thinking they left too much time.

My bad.

Dartgod 02-03-2020 03:00 PM

Even though I was not active in the game thread, I should add my name to this list. After Mahomes second INT, I declared the game over and had a very bad attitude.

Honestly, it is hampering my ability to revel in the victory a little bit today. I feel guilty for doubting them and don't feel like I deserve to celebrate.

Before the Texans/Titans games, I would have been a miserable twat in Discord/GameThread, but because of those game... I STFU and kept positive throughout the SuperBowl.

Eh. Don’t let some doubt hamper your joy. We all had moments yesterday.

But we’re still champions.

Perfectly said. I had a few doubts. I never quit yelling or supporting. Never gave up. BUT I understand those that did. 50 years and...NEVERMIND!

We are champions!

Demonpenz 02-03-2020 03:20 PM

screen is good for teams attacking and reverses as well. No problem with the calls. If anything Reid is bad ass with screens but we barely run them because mahomes is sogood.

This thread has nothing to do with fleeting moments of doubt. Posters like Showtime shit in the GD thread the entire night. He’s been doing it all season.

eDave 02-03-2020 03:22 PM

Those Mahomes comments were 100% true though.

I still think that Mahomes got hurt in the first quarter and that’s why he was so off.

BWillie 02-03-2020 04:13 PM

It might have been one of Mahomes worst game of his career though.

But he still won Super Bowl MVP and we won.

Sit back and think about that for a moment.

We are blessed.

Easy 6 02-03-2020 04:18 PM

Not gonna lie, I had a post or two with a distinctively sour note to them, one of which went... “so this is how it ends” late in the third

It was just impossible to contain my 49 years worth of heartbreak, I stepped away from the tv several times throughout the game... oh ye of little faith

I don’t post in the game thread much either, and it’s usually because I could see myself posting some stuff like this. Those thoughts probably went through the the heads of most of the fans. Even after witnessing the last two comebacks, it’s hard to prevent 50 years of “because Chiefs” thoughts from entering your head.

"Because Chiefs" has a totally new meaning. Especially to our opponents.

Eleazar 02-06-2020 11:10 AM

Can we just get rid of this HUR HUR HUR U WERE WRONG thing around here?

Yes, you're an idiot if you ever count this team out and say "that's game" in the third quarter, but really. Why is this CP's favorite pastime?

redfan 02-06-2020 11:41 AM

That's the great thing about being a fan as opposed to a player or coach: unlimited chances at being wrong!

scho63 02-06-2020 01:38 PM

After seeing the comebacks in the Texans and Titans games, being down 10 didn't scare me in the least.

The only worry I had was the clock.....

Thanks brother, it was hard to not think game over after the 2nd INT by Mahomes in the 4th. Who knew Shannahan wasn't going to try to completely run the clock out.

I'm just now seeing this and am here to take accountability for my actions. I apologize to all of Chiefs Planet & #ChiefsKingdom for pussing out when it looked like the game was over.

Hall of Shame, my ass. I stopped reading TLO threads since his Demonize Tyreek thread and his threatening of members that didn't support dumping Tyreek. It makes sense he's running the Hall of Shame thread, cuz he's the founding member.

Oh daaang, those are heavy charges... can you prove them?

its buried here somewhere, but i commented (it was my final score prediction post), even down 20 in the 4th, we would win :D

Someone on the radio said if you watch the game the second time mahomes first half doesn't look as bad. I can buy that. When you are watching it live every miss is the end of the world

Ouch. That would put TLO at the top of the Hall of Shame list.

wazu 02-09-2020 11:21 AM

I think most Chiefs fans were in a glass cage of emotion the entire game. Everything magnified. Fortunately this included the glorious final 7 minutes. People shouldn't be shamed for posting honest reactions and venting.

My reaction while watching the game was "down but not out". After the second interception I was mentally preparing myself to have to breathlessly defend Mahomes for however long I had to against others claiming he "didn't show up in the big game". My feeling was that the 49ers were just running right through our O-Line, because they are amazing defensive players. I definitely cursed LDT's name some, but I already knew going into this game that he's not very good, so it was more of a "how can we work around that problem" feeling.

The fact that in the end Mahomes solved for this by running backwards 14 yards before throwing is somehow the most beautiful part of the comeback.
