That and the scrambling 3rd and 11 to Hill to keep the drive alive in a spot where we always used to let them back in it instead of going for the kill shot (which the pass to Sherman was).

I have an autographed Tony Richardson jersey I would love an autograph Anthony Sherman jersey.

Although I'd love him to return for another run for the title. I'm happy for him to get to retire healthy and happy to get to do things he wants to do.

HE BELONGS IN THE CHIEFS
RING OF HONOR!

Pretty cool stuff. I love that kc has such a great history with fullbacks. We were lucky to have him. But the way the game changed its not a huge miss. His snap count has gone down and down. Chiefs would rather throw in an extra receiver than a guy whose only there to block in heavy sets.

I never buy a jersey of an active player, only ones who retired as Chiefs. I've thought about who my next will be, as I'm in need of a new one...Sherman...that just might work...

Yeah. Primarily he was a ST guy, but damn he was a good one. And at his age and build it’s amazing he was ****ing everywhere on return coverages.

He’ll be missed more than a guy thinks.

With Sherman retiring it wouldn't surprise if Keizer was the new fullback.

royr17 03-08-2021 04:13 AM

It be nice to have a Kimble Anders or T-Rich type fullback again. I really like Rhamondre Stevenson or Spencer Brown in that role. They both have experience playing fullback. Both can run and catch out of the backfield.

Probably found out from Andy we weren't going to use him much in 21 either so need to pay him.

I doubt it.

Here's a wild thought. With Damien Williams coming back and with Darrel the Barrel looking like a stud, why don't we move Darrel to FB and run a lot more I formation

No. How about we can motion anyone we want into a blocking spot, if it has to be done. Teams really don't need a FB.
